About the Position

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an energetic agronomist who helps farmers to manage crop
planting and implementing efficient farming practices; improving crop efficiency and identifying market needs.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of agronomy work experience
• Specializing in areas such as crop rotation, irrigation & drainage, planet breeding, soil science, weed control & disease & pest control
• Specialization in BSc Agriculture

Salary:
Upto 5 LPA depending on experience.

Candidate Profile

• Innovating planting, cultivation, and harvesting methodologies to enhance crop yield for contract farmersand inhouse farming project
• Engaging in field visits for crop assessment and providing expert guidance to contract farmers
• Conducting comprehensive analysis of samples to detect and address nutritional deficiencies, diseases,and other anomalies
• Facilitating in plant sourcing, testing, and selection processes.
• Maintaining meticulous records encompassing field data, customer interactions, crop assessments, andsample analyses
• Formulating precise planting schedules, irrigation plans, budgets, and timelines to optimize productivity
